Refund, Returns, Warranty & Delivery Policy

At Dashboard Cover Designer Corp, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Once your dashboard is ready for shipment, we’ll notify you and provide tracking information. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Please verify delivery details directly with the shipping carrier once you receive your tracking number.

Important Delivery Instructions:

When your dashboard arrives, inspect the package thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If the box appears damaged, be cautious — the dashboard may have been affected by improper handling.

• If damage is found:
  Do not sign the delivery receipt.
  Refuse the shipment.
  Take clear photos of the damaged box and dashboard.
  Contact us immediately with the photos and details.

We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

• If damage is discovered after delivery:
  We will still send a replacement; however, you will be responsible for both the return shipping of the damaged dashboard and the shipping cost of the replacement.

Returns Policy:

If the dashboard arrives in good condition but you’re not satisfied and wish to return it:

• Return shipping is your responsibility.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply.

• If the dashboard is damaged during return transit, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

Installation Guidance:

Our aftermarket dashboards are built to standard specifications for a proper fit. We strongly recommend visiting our website to watch the installation videos for detailed guidance.

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including — but not limited to — loss of use, inconvenience, or other costs associated with replacement.

• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Rental vehicle costs
  • Towing fees
  • Legal expenses
  • Labor charges
  • Any additional parts or materials required for removal or installation

Important: This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
