Product Description: We offer patented, 100% fiberglass replacement dashboards custom-made for Sterling, Ford Aeromax, and Louisville trucks. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications, but we do not guarantee that all details are error-free or complete.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
Custom Orders: Some dashboards are custom-made to your specifications. Once a custom order is placed and production begins, it cannot be canceled or modified unless agreed upon in writing by us.
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable fees, which will be added at checkout.
Payment: We accept payment methods as indicated on our website (e.g., credit cards, debit cards, or other specified methods). Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.
Errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price.
Order Process: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including availability, errors, or suspected fraud.
Confirmation: Upon acceptance, we will send an order confirmation via email to gonzalez@dashdesigncorp.com. This confirmation does not guarantee delivery until the product is shipped.
Cancellation: We may cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it due to stock issues, manufacturing delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified and refunded if payment has been made.
Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and other regions as specified. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Once your dashboard is ready for shipment, we’ll notify you and provide tracking information. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Please verify delivery details directly with the shipping carrier once you receive your tracking number.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
Important Delivery Instructions:
When your dashboard arrives, inspect the package thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If the box appears damaged, be cautious — the dashboard may have been affected by improper handling.
If damage is found:
Do not sign the delivery receipt.
Refuse the shipment.
Take clear photos of the damaged box and dashboard.

We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
If damage is discovered after delivery:
We will still send a replacement; however, you will be responsible for both the return shipping of the damaged dashboard and the shipping cost of the replacement.

Returns Policy:
If the dashboard arrives in good condition but you’re not satisfied and wish to return it:
Return shipping is your responsibility.
A 20% restocking fee will apply.
If the dashboard is damaged during return transit, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
Custom-made dashboards are non-returnable unless defective.
Process: To initiate a return, contact us at gonzalez@dashdesigncorp.com with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product, less any shipping or restocking fees.
Defects: If a product is defective due to our workmanship or materials, we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Our aftermarket dashboards are built to standard specifications for a proper fit. We strongly recommend visiting our website to watch the installation videos for detailed guidance.

Limited Warranty: At Dashboard Cover Designer Corp, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a one-year limited warranty covering any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Scope: This limited warranty represents the full extent of our liability. No other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
Exclusions: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including — but not limited to — loss of use, inconvenience, or other costs associated with replacement. This includes, but is not limited to:
Rental vehicle costs
Towing fees
Legal expenses
Labor charges
Any additional parts or materials required for removal or installation
Important: This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
Ownership: Our patented fiberglass dashboard designs, website content, logos, and other materials are the property of Dashboard Cover Designer Corp and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content or products without our written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dashboard Cover Designer Corp, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
